Action Truck Center always does a great job!

Everyone was so nice and helpful! Such a great experience!!

I had the transmission fluid changed on my 2019 Buick envision. The staff was polite and it only took about an hour while I waited. They also took my coupon for $199 no problem

I dropped my Buick Enclave Avenir off due to a loud noise. Lynn in service kept me updated on everything. She even had the tech try to find the other issue and they couldn’t but made sure I was ride safe to the best of their ability but no guarantee. They had me on the road in time to still make my scheduled trip out of town. Lynn explained that it I got back and still heard the unidentifiable noise to come back and she would have someone ride with me so I could point it out specifically. I was so pleased with the professionalism, honesty, and speed of service.

I always have good experiences with Action. The only reason that I only gave 4 stars was that the repair took far longer (9 days vs 5)than expected and I was not given any updates unless I called and asked about it and then they were not accurate.

Low inventory to no vehicle I truly desired. I want a 2026, Sierra SLT. There was none in the inventory at Action Truck. I ended up buy a Denali. I had not planned to spend that much money but in order to buy a suitable new truck for my taste, I had little choice but to by the Denali or buy a step down from what I traded to an SLT T31. The sales person was very pleasant and professional. The sales manager hardly gave me the time of day. He made no effort to ensure I was taken care of. Left it up totally to the sales lady who did not have the authority to actually make me a trade offer without the sales manager's permission.

I had an issue with my truck 3 months after I purchased it and they gave me a 2 week wait. Took it to JM Jackson Buick in Sanford Alabama where I had considered buying from and they still took it in immediately and made the repairs.I would not recommend action GMC to anyone. Thanks in advance

The work was fine. I just didn't think I should have had to pay for it. It should have been covered by warranty. I saw on line where SEVERAL other people had had the same problem and all said the fix was covered by warranty. Mine wasn't.

It definitely was not that great. At frist I called to see about them to work on it. I was told it would be 2 day befor they would get a chance to give it a look to see whats wrong. I called back 3 days later and she said its going to be a couple more days. It just continued like that for 2 weeks. And when they finally called with a price it $1500 just to look at it. But what I should do is get whole new transmission for 9600. So I had it picked up and towed to transmission mission shop. And for a lot cheaper they fixed it. I kept tell them buick shop what what happened she didn't want to listen.

Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and a recall item using the app. When I arrived was informed that the recall work could not be scheduled on the app because they had to order the part based on my VIN. Since this is the case, the app should not prompt us to schedule the recall work. I do t blame the dealership individually but GM as a whole needs to do better with information on how to ached recall work

We had a great experience dealing with Action GMC for our recent purchase of our Yukon XL. Our salesperson, Cheryl Reynolds, was a joy to deal with - never pushy, yet always available to answer questions and help walk us through the process. Cheryl even followed up several times after the sale to check on us and see if we had any additional questions after having driven the vehicle for a few days. While we did not finance through GMC, the finance manager was also very helpful, explaining the extended warranties available and answering any other questions we had . Greasy hand prints were left on my door, side label and hood.

All the staff are very helpful. I mention a new small issue that I noticed while in for oil change and one service writer walked right then out to my car with me to check it out. Explained in detail what looks like is happening and how to proceed. I have to drive quite a ways to bring my Yukon to Actio GMC of Dothan. We'll worth it.
