Everyone wants to make sure you are well taken care of. Lynn got my car in quickly and made sure they checked extra things I had mentioned.She personally brought my keys to me when the car was completed. Cheryl stopped by to see how I was doing and that was very special to be remembered so well by her. The waiting area is comfortable and peaceful. This was a wonderful experience, and I love the genuine personal attention. I can't imagine going anywhere else for a car or service!

The dealership ddi a great job on a warranty repair item. I am concerned that the fan to the cooling system was defective on the Terrain with only 8888 miles. GM has a reliability issue with their vendors! I have never had a defect on a new vehicle before and I have bought many GM vehicles from this dealership I also have had an issue with my new Canyon vehicle as well. Reliability issues from GM.!!! Dealship is great at fixing GM defect issues.

She spent the time to explain how all the new technology worked, and it was a lot to explain. We bought our first Buick Enclave from her (this is our second) and will continue to share our experience with friends, family, and even people we meet in our daily lives. Service advisor Lynn was great, I’m not real happy with who ever worked on my Yukon and left grease on the dash, interior door panel and the floor mat. The least who ever left could have cleaned it off!!!

Dealership was very responsive and solved our problem in a timely and efficient manner.

We purchased a vehicle for our son who is a freshman in college. We dealt with Cheryl 14 years ago and knew that she would take of our current need and indeed she did! It was a pleasure working with her. She in extremely knowledgeable of all GM and Buick models. We highly recommend her and the dealership as a whole!

Very nice people and fast service. My only complaint is that the phone system is awful. I tried to schedule an appointment on 3 separate occasions, but the phone system will only allow you to select one particular service advisor and not just a general service extension. When they do not answer, you are dead in the water. I called and attempted to connect to all 3 of the service advisors on 4 occasions and was not able to reach anyone.

Was treated very well, took care of my situation right away

I was notified by email that it was time for my 90,000 mile service. I then scheduled online for a 1 PM appointment. When arriving at the dealership, I was told that the items that needed to be done in the 90,000 mile service could not be done And therefore I would have to make another appointment for them to have those done additionally. My issue is why let me make an appointment after notifying me when those items cannot be completed? This is very inconvenient. In addition, my oil change in service took over two hours to complete. However, I must say that the visit was comped by the owner for my inconvenience.

Cheryl was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with all the information we needed. She also gave us the space we needed to make our final decisions. We would recommend her to any friends looking for a new vehicle.

Scheduled appointment for routine oil change went as planned. During vehicle check it was noted that the wipers and cabin air filter could use changing so the service advisor informed to get my permission to do the work. Service advisor was nice and courteous. Work was completed quickly so I could go on about my day.

Friendly customer service advisor and two-day turn around on fixing problem.

Service department had the vehicle for 4 days and two days after picking it up, the engine light and reduced acceleration problems started again.

We had an outstanding experience purchasing our new GMC Sierra. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Cheryl was AWESOME!

I had a 90,000 mile service notification and I scheduled an appointment in May. I also wanted to have my air condition checked. When I arrive to my appointment in May, I was told they cannot do my Air condition would have to bring them back another time. They also couldn’t do all of their 90,000 mile service at that one particular appointment. I therefore had to make another appointment in June to get my air conditioner fixed. I was told that I needed another service that was not completed even during this visit. It would be nice to be able to get everything done at once.

They made everything so simple. Service was excellent!

Experienced transmission leak at 4000 miles. Lynn and the rest of the Service Dept at Action GMC were extremely helpful in getting the repairs done efficiently and throughly (all while alleviating as much of the “pains” as the could for us during this time without a vehicle).

My experience was phenomenal. I called and spoke with Tyler searching for a truck and he recommended a few. After a FaceTime call with him walking the lot showing me several I made my choice. I was then given over to Cheryl, who is a rockstar by the way, and she made learning my new vehicle so easy. She was there guiding me through every step to be sure I was comfortable and nothing was overlooked. She has been readily available for any after purchase questions I may have. I truly appreciate the hard work of the service department, Mark, and GMC. Initially, I was concerned that resolving the recall and warranty issue would take at least four weeks, as I had assumed no one provided me with a timeline. However, I was genuinely relieved and pleasantly surprised to learn that my truck already had a new engine installed and was ready for me to pick up in just two weeks. It made a positive difference in my experience, and I’m grateful for the efficient service.

Low inventory to no vehicle I truly desired. I want a 2026, Sierra SLT. There was none in the inventory at Action Truck. I ended up buy a Denali. I had not planned to spend that much money but in order to buy a suitable new truck for my taste, I had little choice but to by the Denali or buy a step down from what I traded to an SLT T31. The sales person was very pleasant and professional. The sales manager hardly gave me the time of day. He made no effort to ensure I was taken care of. Left it up totally to the sales lady who did not have the authority to actually make me a trade offer without the sales manager's permission.

Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and a recall item using the app. When I arrived was informed that the recall work could not be scheduled on the app because they had to order the part based on my VIN. Since this is the case, the app should not prompt us to schedule the recall work. I do t blame the dealership individually but GM as a whole needs to do better with information on how to ached recall work

I always have good experiences with Action. The only reason that I only gave 4 stars was that the repair took far longer (9 days vs 5)than expected and I was not given any updates unless I called and asked about it and then they were not accurate.

I dropped my Buick Enclave Avenir off due to a loud noise. Lynn in service kept me updated on everything. She even had the tech try to find the other issue and they couldn’t but made sure I was ride safe to the best of their ability but no guarantee. They had me on the road in time to still make my scheduled trip out of town. Lynn explained that it I got back and still heard the unidentifiable noise to come back and she would have someone ride with me so I could point it out specifically. I was so pleased with the professionalism, honesty, and speed of service.
